Definitely in the realm but I don't think Domi, McMann, Jarnkrok will be ready, plus maybe a 4th forward might be injured. They got banged up hard chasing 70, running around like headless chicken. Nylander, Matthews, JT all got CRUSHED, wouldn't be surprised if one of them is out. So that leaves no space for line juggling anyway. But I don't think we'll see Rielly-Brodie (doesn't matter who's scratched or injured). Not that Sheldon wouldn't do it, but others (Guy, Brad?) hopefully won't let him do it 😬

You're not wrong, but it's always HOW the Leafs lose that's a factor. Giving up 5+ in their last 4 games, the team not showing up as your superstar goal scorer has a chance to score 70, never showing up in the playoffs, etc. I think if the Leafs came out, were buzzing all game and Mathews just didn't bury one. It sounds like MLSE has a new president that's hard-core about success in their franchises across the board. The plan isn't about revenue at the expense of success. The new head wants success to bring revenue. The rumors I've heard are a complete bust up of upper management unless the leafs make a deep run. I don't know if they want finals or conference finals minimum. But no success this year means no more shanahan. Tre just got on board. He was part of the new MLSE boss' moves. He also seems to be building this team by getting prospects to develop. The way Stanley Cup champions do. He's not wasting assets on steroids at the trade deadline. I doubt keefe will be here next year either. But tre seems to already be shifting the focus in the direction they want going forward.
@isaacfernandes5605 ай бұрын
@@Alexdenomme I hope you're right. Because it's a fact the Bruins will steamroll the TML and this won't even be a close series. 5 Games at most.
