Bought a brand new 26vr back in 2015. Lot of structural defects. Delaminating, rusting hardware, gel coat popping off. And they wouldn’t even take a look at it. Velocity is not the way to go if your look to spend big $ on a boat. Better off look at Glasstron or Concepts. Boat of the caliber.

2015 was near the end of the old ownership at Velocity. Sorry to here of your issues. Scott McCormick purchased Velocity after that time period and is building top quality performance boats with no lamination or other issues that you unfortunately experienced. The hull design and quality has been taken to the next level with Scott at the helm. His reputation is top notch and is always available to help any Velocity owner even if he did not build the boat.
