Pure overpowering and high speed is spectacular and fun to watch, and some of these monster boats are beautiful. In the Pacific Islands, we face regularly waves of 3 to 4 METERS and treacherous currents in narrow passes with rather cheap and ordinary vessels.

Never ever kayak that close to inlets and rough waters. Unless you are a very athletically fit person and use to that sort of rough water. Never try to enter a kayak near rocks or get near rocks with a fiberglass kayak or any other kayak. The guy with the BAD boat , that little dog , is gonna go for a swim one day , and they are going to be 10 miles away from the pup before they even notice it.
