Steven Wright - First Appearance Tonight Show

Steven wright has an interesting style of comedy that has made him a household name. His first performance on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson was in 1982 and it set him up for success.
On the night, Wright told several short jokes, most famously: "I was born by Caesarean section...but not so you'd notice." This established the unique style of humor that he has become known for, with a deadpan delivery and darkly absurd premises.
He captivated the audience with his offbeat style and clever one-liners, making him one of the few comedians to receive a standing ovation from Carson. Since then, he has appeared multiple times on the show and even won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing in a Variety or Music Program in 1989.

I CHECKED HIM IN to the BAY HARBOR INN, the HOTEL on the CAUSEWAY just WEST of TAMPA, FLORIDA in 1993?, and HE had ME CRACKIN' UP the WAY that HE RESPONDED to ME ASKING if HE WANTED a "SMOKING or NON SMOKING ROOM", and was KIND ENOUGH to ALLOW ME to CREATE a PHOTO MEMORY of US TOGETHER which can be SEEN in a PHOTO ALBUM that's on the POPULAR SOCIAL MEDIA SITE where 'USERS' have PICTURES of 'FACES', and will SHARE EXCERPTS as I DO of the 'BOOK' that THEY are WRITING!
