I’m British so I googled the house price for the five bed which comes to around £500,000 which for that quality of a smart house, en-suites, beautiful kitchen and much living space is amazing. The only thing I would say is the lack of garden space however it’s really not a problem as the other things make up for it. I’m really impressed with this house and it’s modern features plus it’s my first time seeing a Nigerian house, this just contradicts everything about how the west views Nigeria as a ‘slum’ whereas it’s a beautiful country which has amazing room for growth and improvement. As an Interior Architect, this passive home is exquisite! Thank you Abuja for flying the African flag (if we had one) This is luxury and sustainability executed tastefully. Usually one compromises the other but doesn’t seem so here. With an abundance of sun energy, I’m guessing this is a 99% passive home. ( 1% in case I am wrong 😅) Good layout and flow, separating public spaces for guests on ground floor, from private family space. That master suite closet, Wow!👌🏾 Well done! My only question is, are those Japanese Toto loos? If so, then I am sold! What more could one ask? Ps: a garden space is very much achievable on the right. And privacy from onlooking neighbours, can be addressed with a clever landscape design I’m clearly loving it, to provide this much of a comment 😂😂🤣

Mr Ndukwu 💪 Thanks you for showing us this amazing & lovely Estate. My suggestion : For this types of projects try and get some one from the Company to do a joint tour together with you like thier Marketing Manager / MD etc .. it felt like you kind of rushed through a deadline
