As you rightly said, the kitchen looks too closeted for me. There doesn't seem to be much allowance for natural light to flow into the apartment. What assurance is given that quality materials are used to make the furniture?

I’m British so I googled the house price for the five bed which comes to around £500,000 which for that quality of a smart house, en-suites, beautiful kitchen and much living space is amazing. The only thing I would say is the lack of garden space however it’s really not a problem as the other things make up for it. I’m really impressed with this house and it’s modern features plus it’s my first time seeing a Nigerian house, this just contradicts everything about how the west views Nigeria as a ‘slum’ whereas it’s a beautiful country which has amazing room for growth and improvement. Very great interior and exterior architecture

@@pavelow235 saying “I’m Black” is a quick reference to my ancestor’s 400+ year history in the US after being kidnapped from somewhere in West Africa. It’s a nod the rich and thriving culture Foundational Black Americans have cultivated here despite the weight of crushing oppression, literal slavery and long history of social/economic disenfranchisement. My country has a lot of diversity and a LOT of immigrants (we are one of the few groups that are not immigrants) in addition to indigenous peoples so it’s a cultural norm here to give a nod to your origins as a prefix to your nationality (for example Black American, Mexican American or Latino American, Chinese American, Native American (indigenous))

I live in UK, this house is much much much nicer than anything built new here. We dont even have new build homes fitted with smart technology, as its something people have too add after buying a house. This house is amazing!!!! An elivator too!!! ❤❤❤

My butt is South African but Im considering moving to Nigeria because WOW , this is better then any tin house that they are selling us here and mind you we are in so much debt , you need a bank to purchase a home , you cant do it with out one the system was designed to enslave us , you don’t own anything without a bank 🥺

As an Interior Architect, this passive home is exquisite! Thank you Abuja for flying the African flag (if we had one) This is luxury and sustainability executed tastefully. Usually one compromises the other but doesn’t seem so here. With an abundance of sun energy, I’m guessing this is a 99% passive home. ( 1% in case I am wrong 😅) Good layout and flow, separating public spaces for guests on ground floor, from private family space. That master suite closet, Wow!👌🏾 Well done! My only question is, are those Japanese Toto loos? If so, then I am sold! What more could one ask? Ps: a garden space is very much achievable on the right. And privacy from onlooking neighbours, can be addressed with a clever landscape design I’m clearly loving it, to provide this much of a comment 😂😂🤣

Those type of architecture reminds me of Europe, it would be nice in Nigeria or Africa in general to have our own architecture and uniqueness. I think that would be even more attractive.

actually, these houses look nothing like houses in Europe. I agree we need a more unique style but to be fair housing worldwide has started becoming very plain. but if i see a Nigerian house I'll know it is a Nigerian house

*I must say I'm consistently impressed with Abuja's housing market. Yes, they have the high end houses BUT they have more properties at all price points than Lagos.* I may get on you about not show casing the whole picture for Lagos like the roads and infrastructure leading up to the houses but it's simply to give all of us an accurate view of what's what before spending money to get to Nigeria and then inspect and buy. Anywhoo, kudos on this coverage. 👍🏿
