Laundry tip: Keep a small bottle of dawn dish detergent in the laundry room. When you have an accident with greasy foods or other substances, put a drop of dawn on the stain (and rub in) before you put it in the dirty clothes so it doesn’t get overlooked when you do the wash. 😊

😂 Love sardines! Eat them all the time. Bones are very nutritious. They will actually melt in your mouth or between your fingers. Not necessarily crunchy. I prefer packed in oil or mustard sauce. I think they are vacuum packed and steam cooked in the can (?). A type of sturgeon eggs is caviar. Kippers are a breakfast staple in England. If you notice an oily stain on your clothes, sprinkle some powder over the stain, no need to rub. Powder will attach itself to the oil and is absorbed. Brush away and repeat if necessary. Works best when tackled at once. 😊❤

Steph and Steve the brand really does matter. I eat "Beach Cliff. And there is nothing dry about them. You can get them in water(which I don't like) mustard, hot sauce. And they are cheaper. The shelf life is really long too. Caviar comes from wild sturgeon, from the black sea and the Caspian Sea. They come from beluga, osetra and suevruga Sturgeon.

My cousin SOOO grossed me out forever on sardines!🤢 He knew I had a terrible case of the flu & comes to me with a sandwich he said our granny made just for me. That’s it old gal! It’s the special kind that kills the flu! He says I have to put a clothespin on your nose, & “he” had to close his left eye & spit over his right shoulder! I had to close my eyes & open WIDE swallowing as fast as I could! I did it! It came up faster than it went down! He had put sardines, ketchup, mayo(I’m big time allergic to!) mustard, PaPa’s HOT PEPPERS & Apple butter! SWEET JESUS! I couldn’t be mad at him we were best buds! Plus, I knew if I actually lived through it, my PaPa would help me get him back at least twice as bad!

Get kippers to eat with eggs. Very British. Kippers are smoked. I think you'll enjoy them. Aldi has fantastic sardines. I think they are a company called Northern Catch. Better than regular grocery sardines. When I was a little kid, like 3, my mom and I would have a late night snack of sardines on saltines. Sometimes with a little mayo (although I prefer mustard now).

You guys talking about caviar, so cute. You can get cheap caviar at the grocery. It's not the super fancy kind, but it's fine. I like it with cream cheese on melba toast for new year's. You probably can't get it out there, but my stepfather used to get fresh mullet and smoke it. (We're in Florida). Some would have the roe, and we became aficiondos of smoked mullet roe. The darker the better flavor. It will range from light yellow to an orange-y yellow with orange streaks. So good.

So I have to try sardines,i I didn't like it before, and therefore I haven't eaten them in years, because..why😅 but now ofcourse I'll try them. Here in Sweden we acually have Kaviar, and that is a soeead you put on a sandwich or with eggs for example. But iit is not only kaviar directly from the fish but made into a food. Watch people on youtube trying swedish Kaviar😂😂😂. Now, my 30 day on carnivore happened yesterday. When I started I decided to do 30 days, and look at results and then make a new decision.During this time I've reduced my pain-medicin from 5 to 2 pills. And I'm in no pain. I've reduced 1 of2 meds for hypothyroidsm by a third. I'm not constipated, and had a looot of gas before and that is gone. My blood pressure is lower than it was when I was 24 years old, so planning to stop with meds for that to!! My glucose was so low that the nurse asked if I was hungry or dizzy, the testing was in the morning and I eat "breakfast" at 10, and I was like no not really😅 , I tested for diabetes 2 about 6weeks ago, and needed to go back for this testing. So.. no diabetes! I have a great sense of smell, and it's gotten better...oh lord, it actually is a bit to good now. I smell EVERYTHING😱😁 . The first two weeks where h*ll, I was in so much pain, I was like a drug addict in a treatment facility, I was! It was horrible, but strangely enough.. I never had one thought of stopping carnivore, and that is amazing. It showed me how much of an sugar addict I am. I've tryed every diet there is,but railed, and now I understand that it was because of carbs!! They kicked me back in to my habits again. I can't say if I have moore energy because of my first 2weeks in withdrawl, and the secend 2weeks I've had much harder then my health allows me to. But I hope to se some healthy and calm weeks now can show me if I've gotten any moore energy. The urge for any other food is no moore then thinking something is tasty, and that's it. Planning for a sushi-meal some time😂. The last days I was thinking that my figure wasn't changing as much,so I started searching on protein and fat racio, and how much do I need to eat to be good, and I was eating way to little food!! I'm 60 years, needed to loose about 25 kilos, (~ 50 pounds), I've decided to weigh me 1 time a month, so I did yesterday, and I lost 10 kilo..(~20 pounds)😮😲🙏💪💪💪🙏🥳🎉 The new decision is to do 30 moore days of Carnevore, and then look back again, and make a new decision❤🎉

Does your stain remover work after the stain has gone through the dryer?? If so what are you using. I learned this from a dry cleaner, equal parts of Dawn dish soap and ammonia will remove just about anything that hasn’t been “set” in the dryer. Glad to see you branching out onto other proteins. I have the same issue about not wanting to eat any faces or fins. Don’t know if I will ever try sardines or not, but good to know they won’t be staring at me if I open a can. Btw Roe & Caviar are essentially the same thing - fish eggs. The only difference is the source. True caviar comes from sturgeon. I didn’t take not as to what day I started going carnivore as I had a lot of carb food in my fridge I needed to use. That being said, I’ve been trying to keep my carb consumption as low as possible - keto level 20. I’m officially down 16 pounds! It’s truly amazing as I’m eating steaks & ribs. I’m never hungry and have zero cravings! Things I would have mindlessly consumed don’t even interest me anymore. It’s been mind blowing. I just had my blood drawn for an appointment later this month. It will be interesting to see how it compares with previous results. I’m actually looking forward to it. Cheers from FL😺
