Fatal has been doing this in this guy's animation. Basically, what happens is that whenever he's about to lose? He corrupts the entire AU around them. Sadly, the 2 foes that he went up against are able to leave it, so he didn't get them at all if you think that he got error, error teleported out of there.

also the lb from fv animation is different from here. the multiverse judge one much stronger as we seen he literally no diffed fatal and easily escaped error control when he had enough while the one who was send to void by lg gaser awaken form much weaker as we sure know what lg gaster awaken form getting beat up by error or fatal

FV ULB in this animation is thousands times stronger than the one in FV ULB vs DLG, Revolver is currently working on the full part of FV ULB vs DLG as i seen in his community on the comments some are asking will he release it after DGE Act 1 is released he said " I'l release the Full part of FV ULB vs DLG " if i remember and last fact is FV ULB hasn't use his full power yet sense his still adapting to the fusion and his father's powers, and reason he lost cause sans got pissed off and lost the fact that DLG got to adapt better sense FV ULB wasn't even using Code manipulation on DLG and he got cocky on part 4 so yeah thats how he lost and if Revolver used the stronger version of FV ULB against DLG while he is adapting to the vessel DLG get no diff.

Fatal Error Sans and Error Sans have seen eachother before this fanon interaction. In the official Fatal Error Sans comic they met eachother twice, the first time Error Sans came to kill Fatal Error Sans (at this point he was more like Geno Sans though) which was unsuccessful, then the second time Fatal Error Sans found Error Sans and nearly killed him. This was what they were talking about in this animation. Also that last Sans you saw is Error404, he comes from Alphaverse which is another multiverse story but it isn't animated or in a comic which is a shame, in Alphaverse Error Sans is Error404s student until Error Sans becomes "Righteous Error Sans"

Basically Error won but couldn't finish Fatal off, because of the infection, so he ran away into other universe. It's kind of a tie, but with Error having an upper hand.

So for context on the story you should check out the comic dub of a fatal error as occured because it would be to hard to explain without checking it out. What happened at the end was that fatal crashed so error took advantage of it but fatal corrupted the au to escape. The sans at the ends where file bob sans who is from fatal comic and error 404,the strongest sans in the multiverse(but not really).

Anyways for explanation on fatal error more. Fatal error is a version of aftertale sans who was attacked by error in the save screen turning him into a glitchy mess since you can't die in the save screen. Fatal error is confirmed to be weaker than error sans. Though in story he only won in the original comic because error was being cocky. Fatal error also has a goal of remaking his papyrus using other papyrus' code being able to see code. For more info you should watch the fatal error comic.
