Indirectly, and I use that term to accurately acknowledge this is not a "training" video, I do learn a lot from flying experiences such as these. I call it an indirect/educational tool to learn about the "rhythm" of IFR flying from point A to point B. Everything about IFR flying is a process. . .communication with ATC, using external tools to assist with easing the pilot workload, always staying ahead of the airplane , and for me most. . .thinking out loud as you're flying. Your utilization of camera presentations is awesome. The ease in which you present material is impressive. Yes, I always prefer the blue waters of the Bahamas, but hey. . .the Florida coastline even with clouds is a great Plan B. Great video.

I like that Bent wing FBO . Did you know that us rc glider fliers have a class for Bent wing gliders like mine has a straight center section and the tips have two bends in them hence the bent wing. The glider has spoilers, rudder, and elevator as compered to a full house glider with ailerons, flaps, rudder and elevator. There you go a little information. Safe Travels.

Another great video. The arri al ATIS stated "visual or ILS approach". As you know advertising both is common. However, the approach controller on initial contact should have stated exactly what approach to expect. Setting up line you did for the ILS is wise, that way you are ready. Also, especially in areas like Florida where weather builds quickly, the visuals may be working well, then suddenly not. Plus backing up your visual approach with the ILS can keep you from going to the wrong runway.
