I totally agree, but I would take it even a step further and say that the Wild Boyz was one of the best spinoffs in the history of spinoffs, not just Jackass.. Steve-o and Chris are both insanely hilarious and fearless, and then their chemistry is un-matched.. I was in middle school/ high school (perfect age to find it, IMO lol)during the whole Jackass/ Wild Boyz era, and I'm so thankful they were around when I was growing up. I have SO many good memories from watching their shows, and dying laughing with all my friends. There was nothing else like them on TV at the time, and they paved the way for a lot of other people.. I'll always love the Jackass crew!

Chris Pontius was and still is my favorite member of the Jackass cast.. there was just always something about him that was so hilarious to me and he always came across so genuine and down to earth and he still does.

I just want to say seeing chris pontius on here again... both of yall were my absolute childhood. I watched every season and video that had to do with wildboyz. I only watched jackass cause of yall. Also I got pepper sprayed out of my sleep by my alcoholic dad, with illegal military/police grade pepper spray. It stayed on my skin for a week and a half and in my fingernails....

Back in the 1990s, I had a boyfriend who chauffeured Perry Ferrell and his band around when they played in the city we lived in at the time. Afterwards, he told me that they were all total racist dicks and kept dropping the n-bomb during their conversations with each other. To this day, I always think about that whenever I hear anything about Perry Ferrell. For what it's worth, I was always told that Eddie Van Halen was super cool and friendly but David Lee Roth was a total tool. (My dad, uncle, and grandpa all worked as stagehands at various points in time, particularly during the 1980s.) Eddie would regularly hang out and talk with the stagehands while they were setting up and just acted like a normal guy. But apparently when they were in town for one of their shows, Roth got pissed off at some woman and was trying to beat the shit out of her. He literally had to be held back from doing so. Idk what he was pissed about, but there's no excuse for that kind of shit. Oh yeah, and all the stagehands back then said the biggest jerk of all was Barry Manilow. 😂 They had to construct some sort of tunnel that went from his dressing room to the stage every time he was in town because he didn't want anyone to look at him. And they were all told to avoid looking him in the eye should they happen to see him walk by. I've heard various stories about a few other musicians over the years, but those were the stories that stand out the most in my memory.

Excellent podcast man, Pontius is amazing. The only thing is Steve-O was like he was in podcast 1-10 where he talked more then asked questions.
