As Andre's mother I (we) are super grateful for the show. Despite being proven innocent in court people still like to talk about it. This changed our entire family dynamic. My son went through a lot of sadness and anger and this is just one step closer for Andre to continue to push forward and to remember how I raised him as a sweet and gentle man. THANK YOU STEEEVE!!!!!
@anthonyguarino42426 ай бұрын
If you’re his mother, then I’m glad he cleared his name but he should’ve said the word “NO” to his classmate when she asked him to touch her butt and her breast because these touches are very inappropriate. I’m thinking that his classmate must have been sexually abused by someone else because of the way she asked inappropriate questions to your son Andre. The next time you have a grandson, you got to teach him how to say NO when asking about bad touches on his body or his classmate’s body.

My uncle was accused of a crime like this and went to trial. He was found not guilty however he was still treated as he was guilty after even when all the charges against him were dismissed. He couldn’t volunteer at church or be with kids alone in his community. Live in a small town too everyone knows what happened but people still held it against even after which makes no since. It was an absolute pity.

1998. When my oldest was in kindergarten…. Let me say it again. Kindergarten…. One of his classmates kissed him on the cheek. My son was suspended for a week. Why, you ask? Because the school was afraid the girls parents would sue them on the grounds their daughter was sexually assaulted on campus. The girls parents went to the school and argued this was ridiculous and unfair. They said, if anything, their daughter should have been suspended since she was the kisser. The school wouldn’t budge. They felt a five year old boy should know better. The girls parents kept their daughter out of school for the week in protest, and we got together daily so the kids didn’t feel like they were being punished. Crazy times.

I had the same issue, my son in kindy was pushed against the wall and another BOY tried.....TRIED to kiss him, he smacked the kid in the mouth, the school rang me and said I had to come pick my son up and take him home because he hit a kid. When I found out why I matched back in there, told them he'll never be back and that I was waiting there until school was out and I could see the parents..... It didn't end well for them, I made sure my son stayed in the car and didn't see anything.

I felt this, I was accused of SA by an ex girlfriend because I broke up with her. Let me tell you it was middle school and we didn’t even kiss yet at the time. Dated 2 weeks… she proceeded to tell the school and her dad I did this because her father is a cop. School didn’t believe me off the bat and suspended me. We took it to the next step and got interviewed by police and kept the same stories. Finally the officers were threatening polygraph test and that’s when she finally confessed it didn’t happen. However I was never apologized to by the girl and her family or the school for treating me like I did it. I had witnesses and this happened in broad daylight in class but apparently that wasn’t good enough. The sad part is that she continued to ruin my character on social media even though it was proven I didn’t do anything. There are vile people in this world and never understand taking things to this level because they hurt your feelings

It is horrible. And yes there are people doing this kind of stuff. Simply because they love the power they can have over another person. Once their story crumbles and the power is basically gone "due to police investigation for example" they cave in. Since it is no longer fun. Pure sociopath behavior. It is pretty common to run into a sociopath since they exist everywhere. But their key interest is power. No matter how nice they seem or admirable at first. They only are interested in stepping on you and your feelings. Their control over you is what fuels them.

⚠️ Spoiler ⚠️ Like the girl could’ve made it up due to getting in trouble for the explicit letters she was sending him. OR the mother coached her daughter into saying it was him because some sketchy things were happening in her house. I mean he even said the girl transferred to his school for unknown reasons, rumors going around that she was pregnant plus just her being overly sexually at her age that went beyond just being curious..she definitely could’ve been getting sexually abused by an adult close to her.

@jollyquinn4306 ай бұрын
Exactly! It's so scary! Imagine having to go through that when you're 12 when it devastes even adults! I always wish for a law that when someone makes up such accusations, they have to go to prison for whatever years the accused would've gone to prison if it really would've happened. You lied about SA that would've send a person for 15 years to prison? Great, now you have to go to prison for 15 years. I really wish that would be a law. Ofc this is a different situation. That law wouldn't include 12y old kids. I'm genuinely worried about what happened to that little girl. There is a reason why she behaved so s*xual and why she made that up. And that reason is probably a terrible one. She probably got SA'd by someone else. I hope she's doing well.

His honesty is so refreshing and what happened to him should never have happened. I can’t help feeling that the girl is a victim of someone and she deflected that to an innocent boy. She knew too much and was too forward for an average 12 year old. However, she is also now an adult and she should come forward and say she was lying and why she was lying. Sometimes there is smoke without fire. That smile when she said "He’s the best" was beautiful and said so much about how she feels about him.

For the record the girl stated they were not raped(I read all court records coming into the facility).
@donnayoung215024 күн бұрын
