Powerful stuff. I stood in the front row and watched a clean and sober Stevie Ray Vaughn give his party wont go on forever talk and I never did drugs again. This man moved my soul in more ways than one. Maybe even saved my life.

What a beautiful tribute and fit so well. Stevie's fiancé at the time of his death was from New Zealand so New Zealand always held a special place in his heart. Stevie always talked about love, peace and happiness in this song. He loved to share his message with the world and wanted everybody to have happiness and love in their lives. Thank you for such a beautiful dedication.

SRV was very young here but had the wisdom of the ages. Always a pleasure to hear what he has to say. He spoke volumes in very few words.

I love this man even though I never met him. Might not make sense until you hear him play and know his story. the world lost a beautiful soul the day he died. Only thing that gives me peace is new people are discovering him every day and his message lives on. That gives me hope and happiness SRV still makes the world a better place even though he is not here physically. SRV = THE G.O.A.T in so many ways.

Stevie wrote this song for his friend and mentor, Charley Wirz of Charley's Guitar Shop in Dallas. The guitar he's playing in this video was made for him by Charley. He had Charley's name painted on the headstock.

A little inside on this song. Stevie and Doyle Bramhall wrote this song sitting on the porch of the lake house right after Charley Wirz died. Charley was a legendary Guitar guy that had a shop up in Dallas. Charley took care of all of us Musicians he's extend credit when you didn't have any, would fix your stuff when you were flat broke. Charley will forever be missed. Rene Martinez Stevie's guitar tech was a disciple of Charley's worked in the shop for years. That guitar Stevie is playing is a Charley Wirz custom.

I just heard about this morning. Such a great choice of songs to dedicate to the victims and family. My prayers are with them and everyone ever affected by this type of shooting. I just don’t know how a person can do this. The youngest victim was 3.........3.........3 YEARS OLD!!!!!!!! Incidents like this break my heart. Taking all those ppl’s life, for what??!! God be with New Zealand.

Thank You. Great song choice for this tribute. I am an American, but I had the privilege of living in NZ for a year as a High School exchange student, back in 1982 and 1983. The New Zealand people are some of the nicest, strongest most amazing people I have met on this earth and my heart bleeds for them. Everyone, Stay strong and stay friendly and treat everyone like your own brothers and sisters.

Tears and sadness for your corner of this mixed up, crazy world Patrol Gaming😪. Love is needed now more than ever. It should be so easy to spread the love. I don't have any answers, but it just seems a simple choice. Love one another...it's an easy and liberating feeling💖. We are all capable of that...aren't we? I wish you peace and healing Patrol Gaming🥰. Thank you for that thoughtful video.
