This song is one of his best. The keyboards are a nice compliment, and the guitar work is still meat of the song. I think its great.

The most beautiful instrumental Stevie has ever done. I miss him and can't believe he has been gone 19 years already. I was lucky to see him in Syracuse, NY in August 1989.

I only had to hear it once.......and was hooked. My favorite instrumental. This song doesn't get the air time it deserves. Much better than Joe Satrianis instrumental...and that gets overplayed.

I'm still young. 18 years old only. But this is by far, my favourite song. I hope I only live enough so I can hear it a million times. This means a lot to me. I could find the well end of my depression. As SRV said himself: "This goes to anyone who's suffering in any way".

I had the pleasure of seeing SRV about a year or so before he passed, something I'll never forget...simply mindblowing! Funny though, he opened for Robert Plant. Now who in their right mind would want to follow SRV?? Plant's promoter didn't think that through too well!! RIP Stevie

As I sit here listening to this, there are tears streaming down my cheeks. I still feel that tragic sense of loss from SRV's passing, and this song captures the emotions so beautifully. Yet, I also know these are tears of love and appreciation. I feel honored to have been alive to experience his artistry first hand. God bless you and RIP SRV.

I just bought a 1990 camaro and my favorite part about it is that it has a cassette player. Nothin better then driving around listening to SRV. I wish I could have seen him live. I was born into a shitty music generation were everyone has to rely on computers to help them play. RIP Stevie

My memory of another show, not this one. December 7, 1981. I think it was a Monday. The venue was The Texas Moon Palace on Georgia Street in Amarillo. Headliner was George Thorogood and the Destroyers with SRV opening. SRV had that place rocking. So much so that when he finished, George and crew took the stage with looks on their faces that obviously said ... "we have to follow THAT?"
