I remember when It was first pointed out to me that I was going bald/thin. The anxiety was so real. Literally every day I thought about it. I genuinely think the stress made the situation worse because I seemed to go more and more thin in such a short space of time. After months and months of having my hair cut in a certain way and styling it in a certain way to ‘hide it’ (even though I definitley couldn’t hide it!) I decided to bite the bullet and shaved my head. At first I hated it but I’ve become used to it 3 years on. I absolutely 100% would have gotten a hair transplant if I could (and still would). Just costs too much money!

Am coming up to a year from mine in turkey and I am over the moon with it anyone reading this just a few tips they helped me. 2-3 months before try and eat clean try get lots of goodness in your body ie good foods cut down on the ale and smash the vitamins ( especially hair ones ) they gives you a foundation before the op. The op itself is rough we’ll I thought it was top tips before it eat a big breakfast lots of protein and I brought a pack of fizzy haribo sweets in and a lucozade because you start of at 💯 each hour the blood coming out your getting drained your on a drip as well so you need to try keep ye sugar up. That’s why loads of people say there dizzy headaches ect just pick away at the sweets over a 4-5 hour period. When we stopped for a brake I needed a piss and me pupils looked like ave been on a 4 day bender because how draining it was - i was white in colour as a sheet then I forced a chicken and rice down me I wasn’t feeling it but your body needs fuel. And try stay away from salty foods that’s makes the swelling worse drink loads of water . And if you do go to turkey stay 1-2 days more that’s what I did I was there for 5 nights and me head was like a Mellon on the plane some people go home the day after 😂 Then when your home stick to the rules nail the right vitamin’s eat clean and take it from there Ave seen a few videos of people getting it done in the uk and I say there worse than abroad there’s one in Manchester they started this lads hair on a new hair line didn’t integrate with is old hair looked Fucken shite - and that blond lad on this show is looked awful no disrespect like and I think he was thinking it to. Do ye re search I took over a year to pick mine I was messing strangers who had been google reviews how long they been there checking the company name the lot. Hope it helps any 1 - if not assed init

What some people don’t know is that you can have a widows peak, but it doesn’t always mean you’re going bald. If you’re born with a widows peak then you just have a regular hairline, but if you have a straight hairline and start to develop a widows peak then that’s how you know you’re balding.
@jamiestevens30743 жыл бұрын
@Joel WW yeah that means you’re not going bald then. I’ve got the same, it’s nowhere near as bad as stevies was but it’s not a straight line, theres two small bits that go up a bit. A lot of men get insecure about it, most men go bald. If you don’t go bald your hair will almost definitely thin out a bit. It’s normal. Even if you don’t go bald or get thin hair, you may have a widows peak where your hairline is more like a small m rather than a straight line. It’s normal :)
