I think what you're looking for is oronym (thank you the comments on Crypts video!) Where phrases sound the same but are spelled differently (ice cream/ I scream). Words that sound the same (spelled differently with different meanings) are homophones (there/ their/they're). Homonyms are words spelled the same but mean different things (read and read). Not easy but Crypt brought up the conversation about phrases sounding similar with different meanings definitely being different to homophones that are just for words.
