Appreciating this wonderful moment of Stewart interviewing Bobbye. Artist to Artist.....Legend to Legend.

The bass line (while simple) is also exquisite and very groovy.

I continually thank my Mom for playing the Marvin Gaye double live LP with Tammy Turell non-stop for days on end. That's how she liked to listen to music; just play the piss out of it for a week or so and then on to the next record. Willie Nelson's 'Stardust', "Ol' Waylon", CS&N, Linda Ronstadt, Rod Stewart's 'Night On The Town' etc.

Sucha great insight to this song, although brief. I’d love to watch the full interview. I totally agree with her sentiment. I am most harmonious sitting behind the kit. Just…… we’re not on a planET. We’re on an immovable stationary realm created for us.

In 1971, it was rough being a soldier in the Vietnam era. The groove of this lovely lady, made life flowing groovy. I became a better bass player.

Was this from that great BBC series you did? I can’t remember what it was called!

It'd be nice if you'd stop releasing shorts, if that's what these silly phone-sized videos are.
