Up at the layout and stopped into Randy’s local hobby shop to check on an item he ordered. Had to cut the vid short because they turned on the music which is a u-tube no-no. Enjoy

Was more to film but they turned on the stereo and I had to shut it down to avoid the dreaded copyright strike

Just a great family owned hobby store that I visit regularly in Willoughby, Ohio. If you need some hobby specific item, they can get it for you. Just ask the owner he will get it…… The prices are reasonable, cheaper than Hobby Town…..give them a visit it would be worth it.

The prices seemed to pretty high to me. The used HO here in the 5$ to 10$ range is junk. I would not drive to Willoughby for this place. Gouging prices. I can spend that kind of money here in Columbus Ohio.

There are definitely good options in Columbus

Might be junk to you but to a real modeler that's gold ....better then paying 30.00 for a athearn RTR car that has to be disassemble with all that acc glue and paint stripping

Might be gold to somebody, but I don't feel like working that hard on it.

@@yodoglover400 that's what makes it a hobby....model railway is more like stamp collecting or baseball cards now....I'd rather remodel a 3 to 5.00 tyco flat then a 30.00 to 40.00 horizon car. That's not the way Irv athearn intended it to be...
