Gotta love some of the vintage Victorinox knifes. I have a “Grand Prix” I cleaned up and replaced scales on, as well as a Tinker small (84mm). Both have the old Philips driver on back with integrated can key. Super cool and unique.

Great items for any collection. I also enjoy some of the older/unique items of swiss army knife history. Thanks for the view and comment.

Nice SAK. Similar to the Woodsman. Like all Victorinox with the grey magnifying glass.

I would even say yours is from between 73 (beginning of the four-turn, grooved corkscrew and also the glass lens with the 8x magnification in a grey plastic) and 78 (end of the aluminium tweezers, if they're the original ones from that knife). I think ;-)

The tip of the awl is until 83, also, FYI, someone told me that a few weeks ago.

(Well, didn't hear yet the part on the aluminium tweezers before posting, sorry : so you're telling that it can't be pre-78 and that 80-85 were the "official" manufacturing dates of the Modeler ?). Sorry, I know it's an old video.

How much came this be worth?

Depends on condition and the market at the time of sale. I've seen some insane ebay prices lately.
