I have worked at Dunkin Donuts, S’Barro, California Tortilla, Panera Bread (for 2 years and a half) and employees there are pretty much robots, especially if you know how to work every station. Front line is busy? you’re the cashier, kitchen line backed up? You’re the cook. Dining room dirty, you’re the cleaner. Bathroom mess like shit all over the floor type of mess? You’re the janitor. Shit was exhausting.

That part about the restroom is so true. I worked as a bus boy for IHOP and had to clean the restrooms. And one time in the lady's room in one of the stalls there was liquid shit all over the place. Like if they pressed there ass against the wall and exploded a bomb of shit that went all over the place. It was like they didn't even sit on the toilet. It was literally the most disgusting thing I ever in my life had to clean

Forget spray painters spraying walls that degraded anyway at least ppl won't vomit looking at it and it's actually cool in hindsight (like Banksy) but this is literally a potential health hazard we're talking about just imagine how many ppl could get pinworms and E.Coli infections just for what unsanitary things ppl do in those restrooms. This is why ppl like me hate even using one thank gosh when I do use one it's usually clean I guess in more low income areas that's where the more disgusting ones are more likely.

As an ex Taco Bell employee and it being my first job I used to sneak food behind the counter all the time when there was no customers present or the manager for that matter. You’d be surprised how much food they throw away especially at the end of the night better for those Cinna buns and extra taco meat to go on my belly instead.

@@shadowscall7758 at my job someone from another position makes all the sides which sit on a steam table and at the end of the night we toss it all. Tens of pounds of food each night. I like to close so I can fix my self a plate of the soon to be trash anyway. It saves me money and they are throwing it away anyway. But I try not to cook formyself unless Im really hungry I might make a little munchy since we get no breaks.

It’s been many years but when I was a teen working part time at the pizza joint we got a free small pizza or a sandwich after every shift. At the pancake house you got a free meal off the menu for every meal shift. On Sat and Sun I got 3 meals because we worked a twelve hour shift. Many times went to the coke machine to grab a swig of cola. It was all allowed. Neither were corporate. Both were private owners. Man have things changed.
