Got my SEAL contract and have been crushing my workouts. Showed up to a Warrior Program 3 months ago and failed the PST miserably. I'm now hitting competitive scores and knocking off time every PST. Running, swimming, and lifting everyday. Finally worked up my mileage to 30-35 a week. Will be leaving for boot camp on the 24th 💪. Just wanted to say thank you for your swimming videos, they taught me everything I need to know.
