Chicken thigh is one of the most flavourful and easy-to-cook cuts of a chicken. Though often overlooked on most restaurant menus, the chicken thigh has been ubiquitous with pretty much every Asian dish involving chicken. Growing up, that's pretty much the only part of the chicken we ate! This easy-to-follow and low-maintenance recipe will have you rethinking what part of the chicken to call dibs on, during your next family meal.
