Chicken thigh is one of the most flavourful and easy-to-cook cuts of a chicken. Though often overlooked on most restaurant menus, the chicken thigh has been ubiquitous with pretty much every Asian dish involving chicken. Growing up, that's pretty much the only part of the chicken we ate! This easy-to-follow and low-maintenance recipe will have you rethinking what part of the chicken to call dibs on, during your next family meal. Sticky hoisin chicken thigh with fresh oranges is a really great way to get people raving about your cooking skills!
As always, if you have any questions, comments, or future videos you'd like to see, let me know down in the comments and I'll see what I can do!
Happy eating!

Chicken thighs are by far my favourite part is the chicken to cook with. I love making Indo -Chinese chili chicken, and using it as the protein in a biryani or a big fried rice. So good 😋.

Classic pairing! Love the idea of butter jalapeño rub though! Is it just a compound butter?

I have that book! Haven't made anything from it yet but this definetly makes me want to give it another glance and see whats inside 😅 do you want bring the pan to high for the skins to get crispy?

Yes! It is actually one of my favourite cookbooks of all time. As for the chicken skin, I'd put the chicken skin in cold and heat it to medium/medium high max. Medium should be enough heat to get it golden brown without burning it👍🏽

I am vegetarian, but could use the same ingredients for a version with meat alternatives 🙂

That's a great idea. I think it could probably be a great fit with extra firm tofu as tofu is typically a pretty flavourless ingredient.
