This Must-Try ISRAELI Restaurant in Vancouver, BC Almost Turned Me VEGAN | Ofra's Kitchen

This is one video I'm super excited to put out. This video features an awesome little restaurant in Downtown Vancouver, BC - Ofra's Kitchen. Ofra has been in business since the beginning of the pandemic and has been delighting customers with her vegan/vegetarian twists on Israeli classics. In this video, we get to meet her, hear a little bit about her business, and then try a delicious shakshouka, which honestly changed my mind about vegan food. If you're in the area, you've got to check out what Ofra is cooking up.
I want to be able to produce more of these restaurant features for small businesses. Aw wow! Ofra's place looks amazing! I love cuisine from this region, and it's so easy to do totally veg or vegan. That shakshuka looked spectacular! We have an Egyptian place very close to us that does the dish beautifully. Very much enjoyed this new format Ajay! Live in Northern Minnesota in the United States, but love your videos. I checked out that video of that air fryer because a friend of mine said it looked pretty good, but thank you so much for sharing this wonderful restaurant and that air fryer you did it really help me decide if I’m gonna get it or not keep up the good work awesome job and I shared your videos too.
