Hi Sayli! This pudding can be served in the baking tray (that's my preference), but you could make it as a cake using a springform pan and serve it that way too. If you want to remove it from the pan, I recommend drizzling the toffee sauce on later, after you've removed it. Makes it easier!

hi in the video you said that you needed 225 grams of dates, how many cups would that be? this looks absolutely amazing but I do have to ask, does soaking the cake in the sauce make it soggy

I wouldn't describe it as soggy, it's a 'pudding' by definition-- more like a super moist, tender cake.

You need to reheat it if that happens, let it cool then reheat on low to melt!
