I have made these delicious shortbread bars several times in the past. This year I made them for 3 different parties that I went to with other treats as well, and your Raspberry & Chocolate Shortbread Bars were always the most popular. Thank you so much for this recipe. Going to try this after a disaster of a recipe requiring 3 eggs, 2 cups flour, 1 cup brown sugar, oil instead of butter and only 35 minutes in the oven. Turned out dry all around and gooey not cooked in the center. Disaster! Ended up in the garbage.😭 I'm so sad right now but going to try this one but not with Rum.

Variation: Add minced CRAISINS and fresh, grated ORANGE PEEL.Dip half of baked cookie in white melted choc.

I made this cake in 2017 and wasn't able to find the recipe/video again until NOW. Best chocolate cake I have ever made and I'll be forever grateful for this recipe. This is the best you guys, please please try it. Nothing compares to this! ❤

Took this to a (non-vegan) friend’s birthday, and SO many people said it was the best cake they have ever eaten. They all LOVED it. I used a little over 1/3cup oil and halved the frosting recipe. Perfect.
