I made these with carob powder instead of cacao powder and they turned out amazing ! I just underestimated the crunchiness of the almonds put inside ! Next time I will put more because it’s just wonderful ! Thank you for the recipe !

I used sea salt, the amount recommended was a little too much. I would do half for the next time. But these were delicious despite them being a bit salty. Soft brownies

Nope! raw cacao powder is different from cocoa powder.

I previously thought that cocoa and cacao and just 2 different names in different languages of the same thing ! I’ll definitely pay more attention next time I buy ! Thank you !!

@@HotChocolateHitsOfficial this turned out perfectly! however, I needed to adjust some ratios for the 32 x 7 x 13,5 loaf pan, here's how I made it for anyone from the future; First, I added them as they are described in the recipe but the cake stayed in the oven for about two hours and the rest was history. 😅Then, I followed the recipe exactly but added the buttermilk and the coffee as 100 ml instead of the original measurements and the same amount of vegetable oil. Long story short, follow the recipe exactly, add the buttermilk and the coffee as 100 ml, and bake it at 160 C for an hour or a little bit more than an hour, depending on your oven. The toothpick might just come out just a little bit with crumbs and that should be fine.
