I'd definitely recommend getting one. The ego gear is very good but the hla66 is just so useful. being so light and usable.

That's exactly what I did, literally just bought a HLA 66.. took advantage of the free battery offer as well. I had a fair bit of ego equipment and why I didn't mind the tools the batteries and chargers were pretty terrible...

Might be a silly question but is the gearvbox already greased when it is sold or does the customer have to do that ?

How did you break the gearbox on the 65.

Not 100% sure. one day it was working the next the side of the gearbox had blown out and it wasn't worth getting fixed.
