30:45. My wife in 2016 asked me what I wanted for our 19th wedding anniversary, and I told her a new MS461, which she agreed to. I couldn't drive to the saw shop fast enough! On the way back I stopped to get her a Browning .270. I still have the saw, she has her .270, and we have each other. Another good video!

Thanks for bringing me along for the overflow graveyard. Good tip on placing that carb on the bench. 😅

It might be oiling just fine, but it's good to check if it's oiling down the bar properly. My 271 wasn't. Every shop visit they said the same thing... it oils just fine. Yeah? prove it. Had to modify the bar with an O-Ring to force more oil down the bar, not leaking out the bottom of saw/bar. Place a proper sized silicone high temp O-ring where the hole for the tensioner is, on both the top and bottom of the bar, (for when flipped). So the ring sits snug in the bar and the hole for the tensioner is still open. Problem solved. More bar oil down the bar, no more overheating the bar and chain, and $$ saved not buying new replacements... not to mention a whole lot safer not having the chain potentially coming off.

Thank you for your great videos. I really enjoy watching them, even though I only have a Stihl cordless saw. Instead, I have a Stihl KM 94 R-CE combi system and a SH 86 leaf blower. The end is absolutely super funny. I would never have thought that would be the case...

Oh the hoard is bigger now (at the beginning of the video). :-) I take a close look at everything on a unit befre I tear into it. Most folks don't want to spend much money. LOL Me as well. The MS271 is a great saw i my mind.

Nice video. I'd save that water and fuel mixture in a sealed bottle to show your customers what's possible when u use ethanol and leave your tank outside

I always empty saw or trimmer tank before use - if there has been longer break using it. I mean storage time. It is kind of waste of gas but I have no nerves to clean that water out of carburetor in every new start. Stihl machines are very sensitive to water in gas. But older B&S lawnmovers just don't care.

water in gas is kind of problem that is difficult to avoid in winter climate like Finland and Canada Ontario. water condenses in the fuel due to humidity perhaps?

Not all 8mm nut driver go to those holes in that carburator attachment. I tried only Wiha tool works there. It is thin enought.
