Have you ever tried pulling it towards you instead of pushing it forward? I've run similar Mantis and Yard Machine tillers and pulling gave better results... dug deeper. I pull back and let it crawl forward while steering it into position for the next pass. Folding the wheels helps too!

I will try that next time. I've always let the tiller kind of pull it self though and draw it self forward easier on the shoulders. Thanks for the comment and for watching
