after my probably 20th rewatch of this, I've only now noticed that human!Danny's eyes are shaded, like they're glazed over (like a corpse's would be). directly contrasted with ghost!Danny's eyes, which have clearly defined pupils (wide awake, vibrant, *alive*), vs. every other characters', which are just circles with no other detail. fantastic animation.

I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!! Firstly... It loops perfectly Which is something I love way to much. Also I really like the portrayal of Danny merging with his ghost half instead of the way the theme song shows ghost ooze falling on top of his DNA. I really wish that this happened in the pilot episode because it's just so freaking good!! It's actually gotten me to listen to Still Feel obsessively because I keep thinking about this animatic. It's just so good! Especially when you used the lyric "I call allegiance to myself" as Ghost Danny, reaches his arm out. And how the "oooooh" part has Danny screaming in the portal. I've started making animatic's a few months ago and this really inspires me to make more. That's all I wanted to say, Have a great day :)

I love animatics and stuff like this because I feel like it truly expresses the pain he went through in the ghost portal, which they almost totally glossed over in the show, he practically died; how concerned his friends really would be after seeing him like this in that much pain; and also how the “phantom” part of him is a literal ghost that entered his DNA and changed him.

Everything on this matches so well with the lyrics, the song even the band name and gosh the animation is so smooth as so emotional like seriously this deserves like 1M views like I cannot stop watching this it just wants me to see a continuation of this Animatic, Phenomenal Work :D Small Observation: Also I notice the ways u made the scenes match the lyrics like at 0:05 where the lyrics state about drifting into a dream and then Danny opens his eyes then shows a brief moment of him in agonizing pain inside the ghost portal with a flash of green energy like veins then connects to 0:07 where the lyrics where stating waking up and Danny wakes up after witnessing that scene that startled him and he wakes up in his consciousness 0:16 next in this scene it talks about a legiance to myself and his ghost half reacting out which is a nice touch then cuts to when the singer is doing the painful singing to multiple angles of Danny in pain and dying inside the portal with the green vein like ectoplasm showing on his supposedly nerves 0:21 I just wanted to point out that making the angle that he is in the portal to the ghost "zone" and the lyrics is saying zone nice touch then 0:23 again just making a reference how he is half dead basically like the theme/topic of the song so when he reaches of the hand of his ghost half because when they fuse he goes back to earth and become one 0:29 I like that Vlad is here on the lyric of to pick me up from my grave because Danny himself believes on his ghost half to be his own and nothing like Vlad because they are both Halfas/Half Ghosts 0:31 Like this scene pull me out of the dark and pull me out of the grave and combining Danny's human half and ghost half is just such a nice touch because combining them was the reason Danny survived which goes so well with the lyric that he was pulled out of grave because he was literally brought back from the dead from the "grave" and 0:34 like common that just hits hard because we know Danny half died and he came back being half dead and alive at the same time so him first being Phantom in this scene and his reaction to him feelign still alive is a great example of how he felt. There is my long yap about how I like the details of the animation that ties to well with the music again outstanding work animator :3

I've got an idea... Maybe for the next one, you could an animatic about the events of The Ultimate Enemy timeline, where Danny seperated himself from Phantom after the loss of his friends and family.
