hello, can you tell me please, if valegro is the same shape inside as protone? Because i find protone too narrow for my head and i don t wanna go size up just because of that. Thank you verryy much!

No it is not the same shape and the ventilation is more on the Valegro.

Both I owned and each has features. I live in a place where it hits triple digits in the summer so the Valegro is my preference due to ventilation. Now it might not be noticeable for aero gains but in a long ride this might help a bit so definitely protone. If you can the extra $ get both but if only one Valegro for sure.
