The body ages, but the soul stays 28 as long as you have something that gets you up in the morning. God bless these old folks.

This is an outstanding segment and all three stories are labors of love! God bless all of these people! You don't stop working until you're called "home" and they have a great and healthy attitude towards life! I got a kick out of the supervisor, the cat, sleeping on the job! That man's concept of a restaurant inside of his home was an idea before his time and I could only imagine what he would have done in the fabric industry! Those pastries look divine and yes, if a fruit or vegetable is not in season and used in a recipe, it will have a different taste. The gut microbiome gets disrupted when produce is eaten out of season. I have to look at written recipes and I'm only 56 years old so kudos to that man! With Pluto in Aquarius over the next 20 years we will witness the birth and death of technological advancements. The key is to incorporate what works now into new technology that makes tasks less arduous on the body without compromising product quality.

What a wonderful lady. It's hard to imagine your journey so far, including that big war on the way. But she remains proud, doing what she likes. A great example for certain current generations, who only complain, who only demand, but give nothing in return. My humble respect and admiration. From the city of São Paulo (where there is the largest colony of Japanese people and their descendants, outside of Japan), Brazil. And, of course, the others over 90 are also wonderful with a worthy trajectory!

It is when you lose all purpose in life that you fall. A busy body and a working mind will carry you far. Take pride in what you do, work hard, and you will prosper well into your later years.

you got all these Gen Z kids that are very young and healthy and are complaining about a 9-5 job and how stressful it is, when you have elderlies in their 90s still working and are disciplined. There's NO excuses here.
