@RedTechAct8 жыл бұрын
yep, these are drop candy. if their machine wasn't automated they would drop the sticks to seperated the candy
@rich10514148 жыл бұрын
+Kaity Bayne Most will either run it through a chopper like this, or tap them with a knife as the rod of candy passes over the edge of the table to break the candy rod into bite sized pieces. They then 'drop' into a collection bin.

this place has more technology than candy labs
@mandas6778 жыл бұрын
Zoey Simmons The heating the machine is actually much older technology than the heated table used by the candy lab. It's the traditional way to make it. The cutting machine is similar to Victorian cutting machines, he's just chosen to hook it up to a motor instead of using a handcrank.

all the humbugs i eat in the uk have a chewy centre how would u make that ???? these just seem like the peppermint sweet with no chewy minty centre ...😊 would love to know
@abbyrivers99718 жыл бұрын
+Sharifah Hunter you would fist make to halve s of the hard candy covers, and you couldn t use a machine to cut them, but with a nife make sure they dont put tha halves perfectly on oneother, but leave some toom to put the filling through, still not rock sollid and cold, the helper or other candy making person ( you must work very very fast if you want to do it alone ;-) ) can then close the hole where the sioft filling was put through, and let the cool off. Most factory s, from cheap brands of candy put the filling in with another machine, an it s then all computerized. ( rather pay more for handmade candy though. So as I wrote this down, try it out if your really want to, let me know if this techniqe worked?
