I'm a professional player, and I understand his obsession with 'hand made' the example is when the guy hand carved the neck shape. Here's the problem! Old guitars either played great, or they played like crap! You didn't get a choice with them. Today's basic guitar actually plays great, but this is all from CNC machines. A CNC machine will shape the entire neck, top and bottom perfectly straight. And that creates a great playing guitar! This guy should buy a Hass CNC machine that carves the neck to a thousands of an inch. You'll never get better then a machine working with those types of tolerances..

His guitars start at around $19,500. Imagine if each Frets was made of gold. That’s what I want mine made of.

Wow it is worth every penny. Very time consuming. Is not just a guitar, is a piece of art.

Amazing guitars! I had the pleasure of playing one at Dream Guitars. The most fine playing and sounding guitar I have ever played! And I have played a hundred custom over many years. I could not afford it , but the experience will last me a lifetime.

Right away I see the rosette made with spalted wood and smile. I can hardly say I work in wood, making revolver grips in my shop, but I've seen and used similar wood in a spalted Tamarind.

How is it that most guitar makers stick the linings with the segments uppermost?@#

Does not seem to match the japanese guitar maker. I happened to watch his documentary just before this one and I have to say I feel sorry for the Canadian guitar, but he sure has many happy customers
