Ingredients
1/2 cup of Cooking Oil
2 tbsp of Water
150g of Pork Muscle Meat (Marinated with Garlic Powder & Corn Flour)
2pcs of Pork Kidney
3-4pcs of Coriander Roots
2 thumb size of Ginger
4 cloves of Garlic
2 tsp of Salted Soy Sauce
2 tsp of Sweet Soy Sauce (Hand Flower Brand)
Hsao Xing Wine (Cooking Wine)
2 tbsp of Sesame Oil (Ghee Hiang Brand)
**NO Salt is used in this recipe**

how about the "Kidney Misua" soup is it ok put into a HOT WATER after stirring then the Misua ? thank you for your reply 😊

my late grandma used to make this......but i always skip those spare parts and dig in for the gravy. it's rare these days as no one really cook this anymore

Well done aunty! Very clear instructions! I’d love to know why do we soak in salt water though. Ps: for my confinement we don’t use garlic. Myth says will give u bad breath! Haha.

Thank you Fiona. Salt water can help to cleanse/ get rid of the funky smell. I was taught this way by my late mom. Some people just soak in tap water but my understanding was that salt water is more effective 😉
