Hey. Thanks for doing a video on Stitch Fiddle. I've been trying to use this for awhile and I couldn't figure it out. Also I've noticed that they have made some changes and I think it's improving a lot from the times I've been trying. Watching this video has definitely clear up the confusion and I'm also a subscriber to It's Crochet O' Clock. Keep up the good work and looking forward to seeing more videos.

Hi Hayley. I have a quick question. Do I need to add one extra chain for starting round two to keep my correct stitch count from my chart? For instance, my chart shows 213 chains across. Do I need to add one more turning chain to keep that current stitch count?
@hayley10265 жыл бұрын
Yes, always add one extra chain for a single crochet to turn😊 You’ll then be going into the second chain from the hook for row 2. Good luck!

Thank you! So if i did the 100×100 and did 3st per square would it make it WAY bigger?
@allisonh23404 жыл бұрын
I was wondering this too, but I think if you wanted to keep it square you'd have to do 3st per square, and also 3 rows per row from the graph. Otherwise it would end up being distorted
@kitomad735711 ай бұрын
Just so you know the paid verson does all the counting for you. You can pay $5 per month pr $30 for a whole year (2.50 or something per month after the math is done) im not sure what all else in included since i just paid for it

How would you do smaller ones please? I'm just trying to get pics that are around 27 stitches across by 32 stitches down.

Thank you, this is great! I do waistcoat stitches, is there a way to edit for WC versus single crochet?
@hayley10264 жыл бұрын
I’m not sure what a waist coat stitch is but maybe some math? I know for single crochets instead of c2c, every square in the pattern is 4 real life stitches so that could be helpful. Thanks for watching!

Is each square a single crochet? And, if yes, could I use a dc instead - would that make the squares too tall?
@hayley10265 жыл бұрын
Yes, for this particular style every stitch is a single crochet. You could try a double crochet but I feel like your picture might look stretched out. I’m currently working on a corner to corner that uses 3 dcs per stitch which could be an option if you prefer those over the singles. Good luck!

I'm still trying to figure it out. I also crochet lefthand and want to make 2 blankets for a nephew and grandson with a saying on them. So I'm at my wits end. 😰
@ciannacoleman51254 жыл бұрын
Why would crocheting left handed make it harder to read the graph? Just follow the pattern in the opposite direction. Basically you input the image and size you want and it generates the graph pattern for you. The one she is showing is a single crochet every row no "fancy" stuff except color changes
@marilyntheknottycrow24323 жыл бұрын
You didn't tell us how to write the pattern out. I see an option under "file" written pattern.
