The creators of the anime have stated it takes place in Japan, entirely not Hawaii. Yuna is Japanese.

People HAVEN'T heard of this??? I thought it was a staple in Disney Channel? I watched it all the time, without knowing the final episode cause I was a kid back then

There are a lot of people in the West who have not heard of this series, especially Americans. As partly explained in the video, the United States didn't get the English dub until October 2011, a few months after the original Japanese version ended its run as a series and two years after the English dub began airing elsewhere. Even then, it was dumped on Disney XD in America, which only aired the first five episodes in less than a week before it was replaced in its time slot by a forgotten cartoon called _Rated "A" for Awesome._ It hasn't returned to America since. (Also, to the video creator, the show actually _was_ dubbed in America; the English voice cast consist of all North Americans and the crew who worked on the dub were Americans. The dub first _aired_ in Australia.)

I had recently watched the entirety of the Stitch Anime and it's really not as bad as people say it is. Is it the best thing to happen in the Lilo and Stitch franchise? No, but it is definitely far from the worst thing to happen.

I’m sorry but I don’t like this. I don’t like that the redemption of Reuben and Gantu in Leroy and Stitch is undone and that grown Lilo at first, doesn’t want to see Stitch.

I'm with you on Reuben and Gantu loved there redemption as for the Lilo she didn't believe Stitch was in the city so less she didn't want to see him more she thought her daughter was mistaken
