Really, you should give us a free car or one heavily discounted at this point." Not having the balls to contest the issue immediately and having your girl dump you because you lacked the confidence to handle a frankly totally quarter assed attempt to sow doubt... That's not something to really be proud of. Trying a psychological damage effect after the fact is really just cringe-inducing.
