Why I prefer NVIDIA is that they are better placed to maintain long-term growth potential, and provide a platform for other AI companies. I know someone who has made more than 200% from NVIDIA. I hate the politics, but it seems like Powell is telling the markets that Trump and his actions will cause inflation, instead of the fact we have inflation and rising rates right now and we are going to deal with them. I think a slowdown is a bigger concern than inflation, but what do I know. Thanks again, really love the analysis!!!

I don’t think the market sold off because of the Fed, the market sold off because it realized the Fed has few options to the problems in the economy - simply infusing liquidity is not an option now (inflation) while raising rates would tank equity markets and assets. The market finally realized how utterly mispriced it is given that reality.

Was this a Margin Liquidation Event? Dip buyers now have the best dip they could hope for. In spite of Powell's comments, The Fed did exactly what they said they would do. But now the market is pricing in 2 rate cuts instead of 4. A 3% drop is not that big of a deal. Its not even a correction. Does a 5% rally follow?

2:27 - That page has to be wrong, current rate is 425-450 and this page is saying a 25bps raise which makes no sense. After you fix this, there are small changes (10-20%), but nothing that explains the market move.
