Best option po jan is wag lang galawin ang shares s stock market. Given n babagsak ang economy dahil s pandemic pero tataas parin po yan. All we need to do is wait, magkaron lang ng pasensya in waiting. Sabi nga, bumagsak o tumaas ang market, tuloy lang s paginvest. Wag matakot. Ito nga panahon para manamantala kc bagsak ang presyo ng shares, ito din ang best time para bumili dahil mura ang shares. Wag lang magbenta lugi talaga.

Bumili ako ng AREIT noong 27 pa per share worth 10m. Ngayon nasa 34 na per share. Tapos kumikita ako ng dividend na 1.5 per share. 370,000x7 plus 1.5x370,000 iyan ang kinita ko so far for less than 1 year,

Both po. Stocks ay high returns pero high risk din po. Real estate consistent at safe sa economy ups and downs at nag aapreciate over thr period of time.🙂

I’m no expert but IMHO these 2 investment vehicles for creating wealth is totally incomparable as it has each + & - such as; Stock investing is less work & tend to be volatile whereas real estate is more work & slowly appreciate its value, but stable & resilient in any situation. A good analogy I can think of is kind of 2 roads on a highway, 1 shorter distance (stocks) but bumpy while the other (real estate) a flat road but on a longer route. 2 simple rules investing in stocks: #1 rule: know what you’re doing ie diversification, hedging or inverse correlation, timing when to buy & sell, etc. In other words, don’t dive in without knowing its depth because you’ll get drown for sure. #2 rule: always remember #1.

Sana bumili ka ng stocks na nagbibigay din ng dividends na may yield na 8 to 10% para macompare mo. Compare mo din kung ang real estate business naman ang bumagsak...ganun din, bagsak ang value at bagsak din ang rental income...actually pareho silang maganda.

Hindi ako expert at beterano pero sa tingin ko wala naman perfect na investment or negosyo,, depende talaga yan sa investor, sa disiplina, at technique. Both investments,, ma stock market or real estate may pros and cons.

swerte mo in a span of 8yrs nabawi mo na dapat ung puhunan mo which is almost 10percent yearly... sana ginawa mo pullout mo ung puhunan nag invest ka ulit sa iba then since bumaba ung presyo ng jfc if may cash ka pa mas ok bumili ngayon pang tanking. JFC yan kahit apo mo sa tuhod aabutin yan company na yan.

Hi Sir. Unit owner din po ako at may pangamba din ako na possible na hindi na makapagbayad yung renter dahil s lock down dahil wala silang income lalo na sa short term rent. Kaya tingin ko po yun din yung disadvantage s condo investment.

Parehas may negative effect kapag hindi maganda ang economy sa halos lahat ng investment. Sa year na in example nyo po based 2010 above nung nag check ako 2008 po nagkaroon ng global financial crisis affected po ang stocks nun pero tumaas dn after 1-2 years at nag tuloy tuloy p po hanggang s dumating ang covid. So I think yung negative effect ng real estate eh hnd pa ntin alam ang effect for now given the situation na wla pa tayong vaccine which may take 12-18 mos the shortest. Kaya marami s atin na masho short s income pati ang tenant dahil maaring wla n silang kita or trabaho. Mahirap po yun kung nagbabayad ng amortization s banko. Just giving my opinion sir :)

Thank you for your thoughts.. Really appreciate it. For now our SMDC Condos still rented, some already renewed their contracts. Location of property is a big factor since my condos are located in Makati and Mall of Asia.. So far still doing ok, but hopefully this crisis end soon. Because if not, as you said there will be a domino effect. Again thank you and keep safe 🙂

Stock market is high return, invest in blue chips companies and do it regularly or monthly (cost averaging). Also, invest in real estate. Sabi nga po don't put your money in one basket.

If you just had studied how the stock market works within the 8 year period, you could have just pulled it out your stock then buy again at a cheaper price. You would have doubled your 4m.
