In this video CJ removes his stock rear bumper and tire carrier, as well as the Reese tow receiver that was installed. The flag broke on one of the nuts for the tow receiver, so I just grabbed an angle grinder and cut off the bolt... problem solved! We also had to preserve some wildlife during this video. Really. Seriously. Watch.
This is in prep for the Smittybilt Rear Bumper and tire carrier that is going on. We got it from extremeterrain.com - but more on that later.

I’m gonna have to cut the same tow receiver nut off of my vehicle. I noticed you didn’t drop the gas tank, Would you recommend doing this without dropping the tank? The thought of sparks near the tank makes me a little uneasy. Thanks!

1/2 inch socket took them off. The torx for the brake light was t40

Thanks for the video man. I'm pulling my bumper tomorrow to get rid of any surface rust and repaint them. A new bumper is list of upgrades, until then I'll make these look new again.
