@@johnytatarczyk5299 since the a10 was introduced, I fly the 104a and rarely ever fly this thing. Getting supersonic and staying that way is much more survivable in the current p2w meta. And yes, yak38s are very satisfying to slap out of the air with the 104a haha

honest to god, a dedicated CAS plane with the most powerful head on auto-cannon and a shitton amount of flares for defense should not be given the second best IR missile in the entire game.

Best use of this plane I seen was in sim, and they were hovering around flying like a heli just wrecking all the ground battles. Dudes score was far higher then anyone else in the game.

This plane used to be amazing, I grinded the MiG-21 and 23 with it, but now with the rapidly changing meta its not what is used to be and you have to be very careful with how you play it nowadays.

I had some luck by staying real low and going waaaay out to the sides before turning in and just blasting through the fight killing a couple. But without flares it's so rough at 9.7 with the premium spam. It's basically just cool for taking off these days then you're a sitting duck.

I personally like to run 3x r60s and one additional cannon, I just dont like how little ammo you get in the main gun

4:05 just a counter point with dodging missiles... Any missile that has bad Turn G's (Aim 9G's etc) are fairly easy to dodge in the Yak-38/38M these missiles are 90% going to be fired from behind and just pulling a rolling loop easily gets you away from it, made people fire their entire loadout thinking I'd be an easy kill, it even gets to the point they over shoot and i lob an R-60 at them for their troubles 🤷
