@@bazz6670 they are ! They are installed on the T7: 6000 km of all-terrain and 4500 km of highway to go to Iceland, good longevity and very versatile. Just be careful under the rain on the road when tight turns 😉 ✌️ to you all

The track along the reservoir fence line is good fun. Some steep greasy hills. Always campers in the 3 campgrounds. I still haven't been over the St George lake side yet.

You did really well on those tyres, tyres I can recommend whole heartily are Motoz tractionator adventure tyres, they are a 20 80 tyres but really they are incredible, 80 on road when on road and 80 off road when off road and good wear as well, had them on my T7 World Raid and they were fantastic.

The Motoz Adventure tyre is a 75/25. The Rallz is the 80/20 tyre.

@davidz8 They are great tyres. I had them on my dr650. The rallz was better bite but did wear a bit fast. Thanks for commenting.

@JB-zg9hb it is an interesting area with lots of tracks I haven't seen. Was hoping to go back next weekend but we are forecast for a lot of rain. I will have new tyres.

@@bazz6670 Thanks Baz. I lowered the rear on mine today and filmed that. Then I went on a 200km ride exploring, so I'll have another 2 videos out sometime this week. Then I should have the tall screen and either the upper or lower crash bars to install and film. I'm enjoying your stuff too mate. Keep up the good work.

3:30 I rode very similar stuff yesterday and had exactly the same thought about not feeling the weight until the tyres let me down. Still good fun though!

other than the tires do you think the CFmoto is a more cabable bike than the himi?

@C95HC95311 I haven't ridden the himalayan but from what I have seen it may be a bit more offroad focused than the mt. As I'm getting used to the 450mt I'm sure I made the right choice. The motorists sosmooth and has plenty of torque off road. If you look at what you get with the 350 like suspension etc it is better value in my opinion. I will have another video out soon of it in the mud and clay with the new tyres. Cheers

Great ride Baz...that area looks very interesting; i think you found the limits of the stock tyres during near freezing Victorian winter when clay tracks don't dry out for months; brave man...we still had frost and ice on the ground at 10:30AM today; bloody cold; got some way points ya can share so i can go for a looksie?

@markhills3922 Thanks mate, it was so cold I thought my heated grips were broken. If you look at Google maps we were near the lakes heading to St George Lake for lunch. Lots of tracks there can't wait till it dries out . I'll be back.

@markhills3922 it was, it's hard on the lungs that cold air. New tyres for next ride, it would be a good place to camp and explore the tracks, in warmer weather.

@@bazz6670 cold air just like swimming in cold water...makes it hard to breathe; expensive job for a new bike but most bikes come new with compromise (read crappy) tyres; decent tyres will make the 450MT better than it already apparently is; just don't expect a great improvement on wet red clay; no tyres work well on that stuff. i agree that area would be great for camping when the weather warms up.

I find the bike feels very stable, it is not to heavy feeling, i have ridden way heavier bikes off road .

Wonter on stock tyres isnt fun. Seems like snother investment is next on the agenda. What will be the compromise on road then?

@stevesanelli90 yes indeed, the stock tyres will definitely be nicer on the road, I've always had off road tyres on my bikes so will get used to it.

I am not suprised about stock tires that are good on the street and dry dirt, are not good on the mud.
