Okay, WHAT?! I finally found the answer! I’m trying to teach myself to sew leather, I invested in that very machine and every leather sewing video I was finding was hand sewing. I was starting to get SO discouraged! I was seriously about to give up on my leather dreams. Your videos are exactly what I needed! The glue tip you said in this video is something I suspected, but was getting nowhere trying to research. And then you just come along and tell me that it helps to glue corners when you sew on a flatbed machine like it ain’t no thang! I was truly at a crossroads, deciding wether or not to keep trying or not. Maybe I’ll give it a little more and see what shakes loose. I never leave KZbin comments ever. Another thing you brought out of me! Your enthusiasm is contagious, your family is SO beautiful and I can’t thank you enough for sharing your you-ness with the world. Made a big difference for me today.

Great video! I have recently changed careers and I am currently working as a trainee upholsterer in my late 40's. I am finding it fascinating and the big plus for me is that the company allow me to take any scrap material home. I now have a considerable collection of various colours of leather, which has led me to your KZbin channel for ideas. I'm now looking at projects that I could use this leather for and I find your channel a great guide as to what is possible. Thank you for a great channel to follow.

Looks amazing. I have recently gotten in to leather working. Mostly patterns of masks, bandoliers, guitar straps, bracelets from etsy. Found oiled leather is my favourite to work with. Got a side of 5oz crazy horse leather, in this same colour to work on. Can't wait. Also, my daughter turns 10 soon, I miss the days when she had the same high pitched voice and laugh. Keep up the amazing videos.

Your work and channel became the most inspirational force behind my decision to start attempting to get into leather working. I have only been at it for 3 weeks but I am working hard to design templates and prototypes of each product I hope to make and eventually sell. Any advice you could share for a beginner looking to build up a book of template designs? I am using Illustrator CC 2019.

I want a Cowboy 4500 for sheaths and holsters and a Cowboy 361 for bags and wallets. After seeing you Juki in action I might forget the 361 and convince my brother to give me his Consew 206.
