Sweden Walks: Torekov. Picturesque fishing village gone summer paradise for the rich and famous.

4K walk in a charming and rather exclusive destination, where the rich and famous like to spend summers. Torekov on the west coast of Skåne, Sweden, on a very windy day in July 2024. Some guidning captions, but please bear in mind that this is the first time I am there: this is just a small part of town and I might well have missed some key features!

Torekov is a very beautiful seaside village town with beautiful houses a nice view of the sea, several interesting places it is very nice and I enjoyed the tour as always, have a great week and thank you. 🇸🇪👋👍🇸🇪

Hope you have a lot more video walks coming from your summer vacation, I know I will enjoy each one. Torekov checks all the boxes, sorry you didn't have more time to look around. I must say the "reveal" of the water, coming up the stairs at 1:25, was simply stunning. Shame that Stockholm doesn't have large sandy beaches. As always, Lagom Alldeles. - James 👍🙏🙏👋

Yeah, the pros and cons of being inside a large archipelago, lots of small beaches and cliffs, no stretches of sand towards the endless sea!

That part of Skåne is wonderful with Båstad, Kullen, Hovs hallar etc. I so miss my old car.

Torekov is a really nice place, and your video is exellent, but sorry to be a joy killer, eleven months of the year it´s quite empty. All the rich people and their warn out bathrobes, their SUV´s and BMW´s has gone. Go there in May or late August and you will be quite lonely. I think that´s sad.

Oh, I’m of no use in temperatures above 25! Then again air conditioning is very rare here.
