For the algae on the tank I would recommend hill stream loaches. They are small but they get the job done.(From my experience). Or a bristle-nose catfish.(Again, from my experience)

Sea Urchins are related to sand dollars, Sea cuccumbers (which you should get one), Sea Stars, and Chrinoids (Feather Stars on salks). The tubes are called tube feet and all urchins and their relatives have them. Might want to get a sand dollar and sea star too. The urchins have 5 teeth in a circle at the bottom of their bodies called Aristotle's Lantern, from what they look like out side the body.
