Lots of trends coming to a head over the next 12 months. $7T of govt debt coming due. $3T of CRE debt coming due. The ~50% of student loan debtors who haven't been making payments since COVID will finally have their lack of payment hit Experian credit ratings in Jan 2025. I think any sensible person should place the odds of crazy shit happening this year as higher than the historical norm.

Thanks for the content. I now have realistic expectations for this bull run. I entered crypto earlier this year, and now understand how global markets impact crypto, Without proper guidance, I’d probably be holding blindly instead of actively managing my positions. Growing my portfolio from 2.3 BTC to 7.8 BTC in a few months has been incredible. Special thanks to Loraine Souvenir for her expertise, which has been essential in navigating this complex landscape.

Kicking off this year with such high hopes, especially with Bitcoin, has been a journey. Let’s be real while hodling has its place, those waiting for only the big skyrocket moments might be missing out. Day trading has given me more steady, consistent growth thanks to Loraine Souvenir guidance and her daily signals. Couldn’t have done it without her!

I’m 58 and have about $225k liquid in savings which I plan to put towards becoming a homeowner, but based on the current high prices on real estate, do you suggest I hold from buying and look at dividend paying stocks instead?

After studying the trajectory of great assets like real estate, dividend paying stocks and gold, my conclusion is to buy and invest in what you can afford today

The role of advisors should not be overlooked . Personally, my job doesn't permit me the time to analyze stocks, thus the use of a reputable advisor. Not to brag but my $1m portfolio has annualized an average 55% ROI since beginning of last year

It is about time people who have property in disaster zones, flood etc paid their share ,end the subsidies. Everyone else needs to pay for renovations to their home every, say 15 years, the freeloaders get it for free. If you crash your car every other week, pay the premium ,if you can get a company to take you.

Vincent, you are too young & dynamic to be so ignorant about ₿ (best performing asset class of the past 15 yrs :-) - you really ought to do some homework. Also, there is no more excuse about this being a 'retail' asset (FASB accounting rules in effect) or any other 'old' argument. Does not mean you cannot be critical, but 'admitting' this is something you still need to study is not a good look imo.
