My first long range sniper kill was on someone so far they didn’t even have animations, but all I got was a headshot bonus, I was super disappointed. And as a sniper the only thing I accel at is living long which is kinda embarrassing when it shows my team that.

I’ve noticed that scope zoom bug as well when I play Casper. However, when I use the plus system and switch scopes, and then switch back it actually fixes the issue.

The bug actually happens when you change your scope, use your equipment (specialist and normal), or deploy your bipod (if you have it equipped). Happened a lot to me. Only fix is try to randomly change your scopes back and forth.

Even though it has longer ads, the 4x doesn't have scope glint. So I personally enjoy playing a suppressed version of the sws and the raven 4x and go short to mid range with it.

The bipod removes sway when for example crouched behind a box or proned in general it’s automatic all you have to do is press “x” to drop the bipod or Down on depad for console it’s the best under barrel you won’t see an activation or anything it will just automatically remove the sway unlike bf4 where you’d see your character mount the gun if long range sniping use the bipod

I actually preferred the mounting animation because it was more obvious when you were locked in and had reduced sway half the time i can't tell if the bipod is deployed or not in 2042

it was all of the operators at first, but I found getting rid of the iron sight from the plus system fixed the ADS Zoom glitch for me

There should be indicators on scopes like 100m 200m 300m 400m 500m its hhard to long range like this

So far in my experience aiming just a little above the head will do it around 100-200 meters. Inside that you should just about be able to put it on their dome and kiss them goodnight. Beyond that just a little trial and error and muscle memory. If you're talking about 300m and further I'd say that's just gonna be cherry picking bots that don't move and probably isn't gonna contribute to the objective. Not to mention with the lack of kills and bodies to shoot at its gonna take forever to lvl your snipers up. Just my thoughts. Cheers bud!

@@arkenigma1684 nothing is more rewarding than catching a group sprinting across an open field and dropping them all. My longest headshot was a runner on rush at 1000+ yards away. I hate the 6x scope for not having any hold over marks on it. Also hate that it doesn't let you change the dope like in bf4.

The bug that changes the scope zoom happens when you heal yourself and not just with falck. I was using Casper with med bags and it changed my scope zoom. When using the bipod changed the zoom too

Yea this happens to me too but I got the zoom back again when go to the T menu and select another sight and then I select the sight i had again. it's really anoying when It happens often in a fight.

Unbarrel is a must!! Don't use the laser sight, use the grips or bipod. Adds stability and recoil reduction

Great videos mate. I just wanna mention that I had the problem with the zoom on the scopes on every character. Each time I have to switch to the one in the middle, look through it and then it sets back to normal again. It actually gets quite annoying but I am sure they are gonna address this with the upcoming patch

I feel it's more lack of weapons than attachments. Sure bf4 had heaps of attachments. Pretty much everyone plays to the meta anymore. So from a developers standpoint. Why give ya 20 attachments in each slot if you might use two or three? Options are nice but they're essentially wasted bits once you unlock the "the best" for a particular weapon. Not to mention less things to "balance" if a particular attachment setup is op. Just my two cents though! Cheers!

The zoom in glitch isn’t just linked to the Falk and the other character as using anyones special gadget will glitch the zoom in. I had this issue yesterday with everyone (rank up to lv 14 so I can’t speak to McKay(?) & Paik (?)).

Well WZ is less demanding than BF2042 plus it' s not well optimized (yet). So makes sense that you get around 60fps. Just play on lowest settings possible, or change to 1080p.

I was having low fps also. was tied to the game barely using my GPU. what fixed it for me was going into nvidia control panel and enabling DSR - Factors resolution upscaling pretty much. Then ingame i set my resolution to 2560 x 1440 which is 1440p instead of 1080p. doing so kicked my GPU into high gear and fixed all my issues. went from low settings having 60-80 fps to high preset 80-120 fps zero issues. hope this helps.

dropping a ammo crate will bug the 8x scope sometimes,,switching scopes then switching back unbugs the zoom also the 4x on sniper is slightly off....the bullet looks to come from the bottom left mid close to center but still off.

Zoom level bug does not only happen on Falck. It happens on any specialist after using any equipment, specialist or otherwise. Only way to fix it is to use the Plus menu to switch back and forth between scopes, until it is fixed.

It's not just the specialist causing zoom issues. I've had issues with every specialist. Sometimes reloading or switching scopes quickly will fix.

Ive had the scope/magnification issue with every specialist just seems to happen when ever I swap something else in to my hands ,whether thats another weapon or a gadget , I have to swap to another scope and then back again but even that doesnt fix it everytime, Its probably the number 1 reason for me getting killed when sniping

A tip, I figured out there is a glitch, use the bipod and put it down, it actually protects part of your lower body making you less likely to get hit.

Falck appears to be bugged completely. Any time I execute someone, my controls lock entirely and I can only run forward/back. I can't turn or strafe, can't switch weapons at all, can't bring up the Plus menu, or anything else. It usually fixes itself after a few seconds but sometimes it only resets after death.

Found out that the scope bug is also triggered when you switch scopes and skip the animation(when the sniper is stowed and brought back) easy fix is to swap scopes and let the animation finish

ive got the first sniper mastered and the second sniper almoast done, i dont realy like the second sniper. i use the 10x scope at all ranges lol i hipfire close range works pretty well so far. my highest kill sniper match was like 46 kills

I don’t like the 8x and the mildots…I personally use the 6x and swap for the 10x for long range sniping. Somehow these scopes work better for me even without the mildots on longe range.
