@@DJMtv1938 I assume it's for 2 reasons. One - these "businesses" are the only ones interested in renting town centre properties now the independent traders have closed and the chains have moved out. Two - councils are going bankrupt all over the country and so have no money to enforce the law or even investigate what's going on. As you say, EVERYBODY knows. It's the same here in Preston. Sure, vaping is popular now and most people need haircuts but I doubt there's enough demand for either to sustain the amount of vape shops and barbers that are presently there... Just down the road from me there's a unit in an arcade that's BOTH a Turkish Barber and a Vape Shop. You have to admire the efficiency if nothing else.

We are in the midst of a planned attack on the nation, co ordinated by various groups, to curtail our freedoms and they have powers over our judiciary and policing. If you doubt me, look at the way the courts treat Islamists and foreigners, and notice the sentencing is different. it's tiered in their favour to create frustration and anger. When it all kicks off they will have no problem bringing in more draconian laws to crush free speech and freedom to protest. These criminals are enabling their plan to come to fruition faster.
