By the way Spanish is similar to Portuguese, it's a little difficult but Brazilian are able to understand, mainly in Beach cities. I've met Colombians, Uruguayan and Spanish they're travaling in Brazil alone and they did everything.

The other comment was that he is the perfect example of learning multiple languages and I'm pointing out that he didn't even learn a few words of the language of this country to make things smoother. So may not actually be the best example. The girls say "dá um beijo!" And he has no clue what they're talking about... Until they say "kisses" in English, and then he says "besos" in Spanish. He says beso griego, and beijo grego means eating 🍑 in Brazil... The younger guys come up yelling about Commando Vermelho, which is uma facão, a gang/cartel... And he puts in the subtitles that it's the name of a favela. Not to mention happily and cluelessly yelling the name of a murderous criminal organization in Brazil isn't particularly wise for a foreigner. I'm just saying, he doesn't speak Portuguese and this isn't a great example of a foreigner "understanding" Brazil or it's language, though he obviously speaks Spanish.

Guys, I really didn't want to post this video because I wasn't thinking about You all the time while I was shooting it! This video is more of an example of how I have fun when I'm not filming. I was drunk and I was messing with the locals. The way I was filming was terrible and maybe this is not the best video worth your time to watch! I decided to post it because maybe there is a minority of you who might want to see some footage of what a Brazilian carnival looks like! It's a totally mad environment and the usual moral and social norms don't really exist on these particular carnival days hhaha!! I am 57 now and have a house and a family, and everyone I know and talk to is exactly the same as me.
