Luke…….you seem a bit down the last few videos. I gotta tell you…….you are a major inspiration to me for so many reasons other than strongman. I see what you do. I see you hold back to let Tom get some light. It’s commendable. Keep fighting Luke. Keep doing your thing. Being a champion takes more than a WSM title.

Well he is older respectively. All speculation of course. I can understand if my dream was coming to an end, and a new unknown chapter came along. If strongman was all I knew, and I had to stop soon. I'd be facing my mortality, and that's not easy.

when luke and tom did their myprotein santa event in manchester we travelled from north wales on the train to manchester and tbh it absoluetly pissed down so as anyone would they called it a day and went back to their hotel. It was hella rainy. Anyway luke saw my IG story and actually reached out to me and asked if me and the mrs wanted to meet them outside their hotel. what humble and nice guys they didn't have to do that. who else gets their hero messaging them to meet up, these guys are the best.

Luke have you and Tom ever consider getting a bottle of real honey and drinking a couple tablespoons "before" every event. Did you know Hafthor swears that it works. Martins uses it as well. It's kinda like sports gels but cheaper and healthier. IT'S "PROVEN" TO BOOST PERFORMANCE. "PUT SOME IN A BOTTLE, CARRY IN YOUR GYM BAG TO COMPETITIONS. GIVE IT A TRY. LITTLE THINGS LIKE THIS CAN HELP YOU WIN THAT WORLD TITLE." SECONDLY do you use ammonia salts? I don't think I've ever seen you and Tom using any. It works too. Drinking honey before the event along with smelling salt can give you that "edge" you need to win.

Hey Luke and Tom can I give you two pieces of advice? First, hire a handler like Romare who works for Martins. Maybe talk to Big Loz for some possible candidates. SECOND, FOR THE MAX SQUAT AND MAX LOG LIFT, MAX OUT WITH A "SURE LIFT" ON YOUR 2ND ATTEMPT. LUKE AND TOM, 200 KG WOULD BE A GREAT 2ND ATTEMPT FOR THE MAX LOG LIFT. THEN LET YOUR 3RD ATTEMPT BE SOMETHING YOU THINK YOU CAN GET LIKE 205 KG FOR EXAMPLE. (PLAN "BEFORE" ARNOLD'S WHAT YOUR 3 LIFTS WILL BE. DON'T WAIT UNTIL COMPETITION DAY.) GOOD LUCK.

Tom knows if he doesn't worry about anyone else, and focuses on what he knows he capable of, he's unbeatable. Even Uncle Loz said in a recent vid "if Tom Stoltman looks me in the eye and says he's gonna win the Arnold's, then he's gonna win the Arnolds". You could see it at the Rogue Invitational Kielz and Licis performance got in his head a bit. LFG boys! Here's to a Spicy Podium at the ASC!! 💪🏾🌶🌶🌶🌶

Great video as usual. What I don’t get is why not buy a few stones to practice stone to shoulder? The grip on a sandbag and stone are very different. I’m sure there would be a few stone masons in Scotland who would probably give you a free one with a photo of the WSM next to their company logo! Also with the 2:30 time limit the person who wins the event is going to be the person with the best time management. Time how long it takes to do your last stone when you’re tired and then get a marked set and shouted out to you at the competition. For example if the last stone takes you 20 seconds have someone shout to you at 2:10 so you time your last lift to perfection. I would get 2 lifts done ASAP. 45 second rest, 3rd done then stop until 2:10 or whatever maker you set then go for the last one. I wouldn’t leave this event to how you feel on the day. Aim for 4 stones in a set out plan and if it wins it wins, if it’s top 3-4 then that’s what it’s supposed to be.

Hey Luke I hope the muscle spasm didn't create any more problems. It was a real bummer not getting to see you finish your workout and carry the 400 kg frame. You looked "dehydrated" which may have had your electrolyte level low. (I noticed you weren't visibly sweating like normally.) LUKE DO YOU AND TOM CONSUME SALT TABLETS BEFORE WORKOUTS AND COMPETITIONS? Luke I study Strongmen. My uncle is CHIEF IRON BEAR, Harold Collins, who competed against Magnus Magnusson. So I fell in love with the sport in the '90s. Right now you're better than ever. Luke when you're confident and FOCUSED you're unbeatable. We've watched you train with Tom, WSM, and most of the time YOU dominate. But Tom's very competitive and even though he loves you he hates to see Big Brother win. Luke you're like Big Z. He got better with age just like you. Remember how you beat Oleski in the qualifying round last year at WSM? Grunt, yell and do whatever you need in order to WIN the event. Luke I want YOU to WIN Britain's and Arnold's Strongest Man. AND YOU CAN DO IT! TOM CAN COME IN 2ND. HE HAS MANY YEARS TO WIN 1ST AFTER YOU RETIRE. Luke, overall, you are the best Strongman right now. Believe it. 🏆
