Thank you so much for all your videos!🙏 I love picking a few in the morning and evening to follow along. I use these exercises with my clients to help them heal themself. In these times we tend to be afraid of pain, not look for it to help it let go where it hurts, but we go to a doctor who tells you to put something warm and take painkillers! We have gotten way too comfortable and that is how we get sick...

I had a VERY upset stomach & kept running to the toilet. I started this exercise while extremely uncomfortable but I feel so much relief after doing the exercises. THANK YOU!!

I love your videos thank you so much 😊. I feel relaxed and grounded after but I do find my shoulders get tired , especially doing tapping although I try to keep them relaxed. Any suggestions please? 🙏🏼

Thank you this routine. Very helpful. It’s a confusing when you say the movements are a mirror image because they are not accordingly to you verbal instructions.

It's funny, I get bad stomach pains a lot but I also get extremely painful shoulder pain just doing this exercise because I have so much tension that I cannot paint a ceiling or wall for more than 30 seconds before needing a break. So I watched your shoulder video BUT I also have a really bad neck tension too so I struggled to do THAT exercise, so then I had to watch your neck video. lmao. I subscribed and I hope I can do these exercise and not fall into bad habits that got me here in the first place
