I just learned boxes too, took me about a week and a hip bruise but it was worth it. Here are some tips which can hopefully help you guys (not that I am an expert). I kept falling mostly because of fear so I was going too slow and it didn't work, so I just decided to stop thinking about it and just put some speed and it really worked I started hitting the boxes without problem, one more thing which I think really helps me whenever I turn 90° I immediately start to put weight on my front foot. Also having your skis wider helped me a lot. Hopefully this helps you out a little bit.

What a beautiful background for a lesson!! Where I’ve started skiing at a little hill in Nova Scotia, Canada, doesn’t look like this! But it does have a box and I’ve been wanting to learn how to do more than just ski over it straight - this is very helpful, thank you!!

I finally did it yesterday! It’s actually pretty easy to do without falling once you get over the fear of the first attempt. I still can’t do it very well and I fail a lot but most of the time I don’t fall from it. Just try it on a short box very low to the ground you’ll feel more comfortable but it’ll take a LOT of tries to master it every time

@@exole4670 Thats true. On the pipe no matter what it is made of, you will need more speed ofc more speed than on a box. But like in this video, start on the middle on the rail, and when the rail gets higher, step on the side of the rail
